Sydney dwelling values start rising again: up +0.7 percent (s.a.) for December quarter

You can read about the latest RP Data-Rismark house price index results here. Interesting to see both the capital city and regional indices for November revise up further, although the flash estimate for December is more tricky to disentangle at this stage given seasonally low sales volumes.
