Auction clearance rate dipping on seasonal slow-down

While the housing market looks to be flat-lining, or possibly softening a touch (as we have been forecasting), you have to be careful not to get head-faked by weak seasonal data at this time of the year. December and January and seasonally very weak months for everything relating to housing... Nonetheless, here's last weekend's data.
