Westpac plugs RP Data-Rismark

From Westpac's senior economist, Matthew Hassan:

"Figures from RP Data-Rismark - the private provider that goes to the greatest lengths to control for compositional shifts - suggest house price growth moderated notably in late 2009...The RP Data-Rismark series also appears to be faster at identifying shifts in price growth, leading other measures by one to two months over the last few years."
