APM's Dr Andrew Wilson puts housing gloomers to the sword

Dr Andrew Wilson, who is senior economist with Australian Property Monitors, had this to say on Twitter today following the release of the ABS house price data:

"Today's price data clearly correlates with APM Sydney series trend of market bottoming in December 11. You heard it here first naturally... Seems like the acolytes of the doomsayers are quickly jumping ship. Lots of housing commentators but few real experts. Only a matter of time."
