Japanese trade data for May solid

Goldman Sachs report today:

Continuing improvement in exports to US, shift to growth for exports to Europe, Asia: By region, export volume improved to +39.4% yoy for the US (April was +37.4%). Exports to Europe posted their first growth since September 2011, rising 1.0% (-5.3%) and exports to Asia also moved into positive territory, rising 2.7% (-4.2%). By category, auto exports improved to Europe and Asia, as well as the US, on the rebound from the March 2011 earthquake. Energy imports were notable for another large increase that included LNG and LPG.
