Terry McCrann claims the author thinks "‘nuance’ is a trendy village in the south of France", but can be "scintillating" when he thinks "clearly". The ACTU reckons he’s "an enigma wrapped in a Bloomberg terminal, wrapped in some apparently well-honed abs."

Krugman on Keen: he "doesn’t make a lot of sense"

Withering attacks from Keen on Krugman eventually stimulated a half-hearted response:

"My point is that there seems to be a lot of implicit theorizing going on here — and at least at first glance, the implicit theorizing doesn’t make a lot of sense."

No surprises there. Keen's high-profile forecasting errors have been well-documented by a reader here.
