GDP in world's largest economy revised up to 3% overnight (ping @thekouk)

From UBS:

* US: The Chicago PMI was better than expected, rising to 64.0 (consensus 61.0) in Feb, from 60.2 in Jan, with gains across new orders, production and employment.

* US: Q4 GDP was revised up to 3.0% annualised from 2.8%, reflecting slightly better final sales growth.
