*FRA: Business confidence indicator steady at 92 in Feb, at market.

*ITA: Industrial orders up 5.5%mom in Dec, above mkt, down 4.3%yoy.

*NZL: BNZ-Business NZ performance of services index rises 2.7pts to 53.6 in Jan.
