Citigroup: "Fiscal tightening is very mild...Only 0.2% of GDP"

From Citigroup today:

"Fiscal tightening is very mild. The discretionary fiscal tightening announced in the MYEFO begins in FY13 and is only just over $3bn or 0.2% of GDP (Figure 1)...As such it does not hold significant implications for monetary policy."
