What percentage of all Australians buy and sell homes for a *loss* (chart)?

About 5-10% gross. I had our research group quickly run the numbers over the last 11 years (there is a bias in these data to the first half of the decade, but it captures the 2004-06 downturn, the 2007-08 GFC, and the 2010-11 correction). Very interesting...
