The ACTU reckons he’s "an enigma wrapped in a Bloomberg terminal, wrapped in some apparently well-honed abs."

Death of an inflation targeter

This is the Bank of England's inflation targeting performance (source: CBA). Note their target is to keep CPI to no greater than 2% pa within a two year time frame...It looks like they don't really have a target anymore.
