Business Spectator: major banks lift as investors cheer banking reform package

Hmmm, a rather dubious judgment, one might say. From Business Spectator:

"Shares in the big four banks closed the day higher after extending gains in afternoon trade, as investors breathed a sigh of relief over a banking competition package released over the weekend. But the regionals have not fared as well."
