What will the ABS house price index do?

I am expecting a pretty negative result for Q3, possibly as bad as 1-2%. RP Data-Rismark and APM were both around zero (RP Data-Rismark were once again the first to pick the market turning point way back in June at the end of Q2). But the ABS tends to be a little more volatile, probably because it only captures detached houses, as opposed to all properties, including apartments, terraces, and semis.
