Dwelling price-to-income ratios

This chart shows our ratios using three different numerators: capital city dwelling prices; all areas dwelling prices; and rest of state dwelling prices. The denominator is always the same: national disposable household incomes (hence the correct comparison is with all areas dwelling prices).
