Terry McCrann claims the author thinks "‘nuance’ is a trendy village in the south of France", but can be "scintillating" when he thinks "clearly". Great op-ed from Greenspan on US economic bottlenecks
I wrote recently that my best read on the US was that there was massive latent liquidity in the system, but nobody was willing to lend because of fear amongst banks regarding regulatory uncertainty. In a very good op-ed in the FT, Greenspan effectively says the same thing.
