First post here...

Hey there, I have been writing for Business Spectator since January 2009. While I will continue cross-posting most of the content here to my Business Spectator blog, I wanted a more flexible medium through which to communicate (Biz Spec is not able to process posts on weekends or after work). This is, not, therefore, intended to replace my Biz Spec site, but rather just to augment it for those readers that want to catch posts over the weekend, late at night, or in real-time while I am on the run. As regular readers over at Business Spectator know, I have a heavy concentration on financial economics, residential real estate markets, government policy, and anything else that happens to take my fancy.
