Terry McCrann claims the author thinks "‘nuance’ is a trendy village in the south of France", but can be "scintillating" when he thinks "clearly". The ACTU reckons he’s "an enigma wrapped in a Bloomberg terminal, wrapped in some apparently well-honed abs."

Aussie house prices rise 0.2% in March; flat since November

As I expected, the Australian house price action has improved considerably in the first quarter of 2012, with no sign of sustained house price falls. Sydney prices rose by a very healthy 1.1% over the March quarter while national prices were up 0.2% in the month of March (and flat over the quarter). Read all about it in my column today...
