RBA Financial Stability Review a big win for Hockey

One interesting point about the RBA's Financial Stability Review is that it is a massive and very clear endorsement of almost all the arguments Joe Hockey outlined in his various communications last year. A good summary of those points can be found in this speech and this op-ed.
