We're short around 200k homes... China need 130 million

Wow, Phil Lowe told us recently that China would have 300-400m people moving to the cities within the next 20 years...That presumably explains Westpac's (or Phat Dragon's) estimate of China needing to build 150 million new homes by 2030. On the housing front, Westpac report that daily home sales are bouncing back strongly following the tightening measures imposed by the central authorities.
