Sensible words from Dr Frank Gelber in The Oz

BIS Shrapnel's Frank Gelber is always good value on housing. I agree with his general sentiments regarding the RBA, but have also learnt that the folks at Martin Place are very easy to underestimate. The fact is that the Bank is something of a monopsonist when it comes to hiring the best economic minds. I reckon they understand the market pretty well, and are not going to do anything too silly.
